Saludos amigos de la comunidad swc,Hoy les quiero compartir unas hermosas fotografías, capturadas durante un entrenamiento en Mi casa, en la Pitahaya; con mi hermano Diego Andres y Johnny Mendoza. Luego de un día de playa nos provocó entrenar un rato y como era primera vez que Johnny iba a mi casa de la Pitahaya, aprovechamos un momento e hicimos unos estáticos, para divertirnos un rato luego yo terminé el entrenamiento con una rutina de básicos y algunos ejercicios complementarios con pesas.
Greetings friends of the community swc,Today I want to share some beautiful photographs, captured during a training at my house, in La Pitahaya with my brother Diego Andres and Johnny Mendoza. After a day at the beach he showed us training for a while and since it was the first time that Johnny came to my house From the Pitahaya we took advantage of the moment and did some static exercises, to have fun for a while, then I finished the training with a basic routine and some complementary exercises with weights.
