Hola familia y amigos de #HIVE #LIKETU y #SWC. Espero se encuentren muy bien. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de ejercicios que suelo hacer de calentamiento antes de comenzar una rutina de empuje. Esto con la finalidad de ir activando la musculatura que voy a reclutar en mi planche. Suelo hacer unas 2 series de cada ejercicio con unas pocas repeticiones y segundos, no hay número con exactitud ya que lo hago aparte de calentamiento como aproximaciones. Los ejercicios son extensiones de muñeca, lean planch, flexiones normales, tuck planch, flexiones de tuck planch y pino.
Hello family and friends of #HIVE #LIKETU and #SWC. I hope they are fine. Today I want to share with you some photographs of exercises that I usually do as a warm-up before starting a pushing routine. This is in order to activate the muscles that I am going to recruit in my plank. I usually do about 2 sets of each exercise with a few repetitions and seconds, there is no exact number since I do it apart from warming up as approximations. The exercises are wrist extensions, lean planch, normal push-ups, tuck planch, tuck planch push-ups and handstands.
