Comenzaremos con ( 3 series de 3 repeticiones de muscle ups, 8 Repeticiones de pull ups 4 series, liga 15 repeticiones 4 series, 20 fondos 4 series , 15 flexiones 4 series, 12 chin ups 4 series) Recuerden el tiempo descanso entre 40 a 1min de descanso entre series.
