Hola a todos mis amigos de SWC espero que se encuentren muy bien en el día de hoy y en esta otra gran ocasión pues vengo a traerles unas fotografías de lo que fue mi día en la playa junto a mi familia donde llegarían de viaje una familia lejana por parte de mis abuelos dónde nos irían a visitar en casa de mi abuela, en esta oportunidad pues me invitarian a la playa y como no quería quedarme aburrido en la casa pues aproveche irme con ellos a disfrutar este gran día como siempre ya en la playa tome varias fotos entre ellas pues una foto con mis tios y primos, me puse a practicar un poco de hanstand, plancha y un poco de front, en un momento pues uno de mis primitos se animó a intentar la progresión de frog stand y le salió bastante bien para solo practicarla unos momentos, de resto me tomaría fotos solo posando y demás, pero la verdad es que disfrute bastante el día, aproveche de practicar nadar, flotar y mejorar mi resistencia al practicar nadar de diferentes formas, disfrute este día y espero se vuelva a dar en otra oportunidad no muy lejana 🙌🏻❤️.

Hello to all my friends at SWC, I hope you are all doing well today. On this other great occasion, I have come to bring you some photographs of my day at the beach with my family, where a distant family on my grandparents' side would be arriving to visit us at my grandmother's house. This time, they would invite me to the beach and since I didn't want to get bored at home, I took the opportunity to go with them to enjoy this great day. As always, at the beach, I took several photos, including one with my uncles and cousins. I started practicing a little handstand, plank, and a little front lunge. At one point, one of my cousins decided to try the frog stand progression and did quite well for just a few moments. For the rest, I would take photos just posing and so on. But the truth is that I enjoyed the day a lot. I took advantage of practicing swimming, floating, and improving my endurance by practicing swimming in different ways. I enjoyed this day and I hope it happens again on another occasion in the not too distant future. 🙌🏻❤️
