Hola a todos amigos de SWC espero que se encuentren muy bien en el dia de hoy, en esta ocasión vengo a traerles unas fotografías de lo que fue salida junto a mis amigos @sw-yisus y Erwin, que también junto a nuestro pana Andrés y los atletas de Acarigua decidimos ir al Gym de Bars Calisthenics el cual ha sido un gym en el cual siempre veia por videos que subían diversos atletas de la ciudad de Valencia, haciendo estaticos y en su mayoría varios combos de dinámicos, se habia convertido en todo un sueño poder ir a conocer ese Gym en cualquier momento y pues se dio la gran oportunidad de conocerlo, llegando pues nos mató mucho la curiosidad de ver todas las funciones del Gym, desde areas de powerlifter, área de calistenia como barras y paralelas, también una zona donde las mujeres hacian telas, y hasta zona de venta de bebidas y productos como ropa, muñequeras, coderas, etc.., la parte favorita de todos ese día fueron las barras de calistenia, en las cuales decidimos hacer algunos combos de dinámicos para ir mentalizandonos y activar un poco el cuerpo para el día siguiente que era la competencia de Bars Calisthenics, decidimos todos darle al menos unos combos suaves de freestyle y unos pequeños aguantes de estaticos, sin pasarnos mucho del tiempo ni de pasarnos con la intensidad ya que no queriamos fatigarnos para el día siguiente, entre todos ese tiempo pues la verdad es que pasamos un rato agradable todos, fue una experiencia increíble, también aproveche de tomar varias fotos y videos para compartir con todos ustedes en la redes sociales, un Gym bastante increíble y completo, espero algún otro día volver a visitarlo y que sea otro día lleno de motivación como este 💪🏻❤️

Hello to all SWC friends I hope you are all doing well today, this time I come to bring you some photos of what was an outing with my friends @sw-yisus and Erwin, who also together with our friend Andrés and the athletes from Acarigua decided to go to the Bars Calisthenics Gym which has been a gym in which I always saw videos uploaded by various athletes from the city of Valencia, doing static and mostly various dynamic combos, it had become a dream to be able to go and see that Gym at any time and well the great opportunity to get to know it arose, arriving because we were very curious to see all the functions of the Gym, from powerlifter areas, calisthenics area such as bars and parallel bars, also an area where women made fabrics, and even an area for selling drinks and products such as clothing, wristbands, elbow pads, etc., everyone's favorite part that day was the calisthenics bars, in which we decided to do some dynamic combos to get our heads around it and activate the body a little for the next day which was the Calisthenics Bars competition, we all decided to do at least a few soft freestyle combos and a few small static holds, without going over the time or going over the intensity since we didn't want to get tired for the next day, between all that time we really had a nice time, it was an incredible experience, I also took the opportunity to take several photos and videos to share with all of you on social media, a pretty incredible and complete Gym, I hope to visit it again someday and have another day full of motivation like this one 💪🏻❤️
