Hola a todos amigos de SWC, espero esten muy bien, el dia de hoy les traigo unas fotografías de lo que fue mi entrenamiento con mis amigos @sw-yisus y @kley-sw en el cual fue un entreno enfocado en front lever donde trabajamos igualmente la adaptación con liga, también por mi parte meti unos intentos de plancha para testear un poco la fuerza del empuje y me sentí ligero, para ya mañana darle un entrenamiento enfocado a este y traer otro buen contenido a esta plataforma, fue un buen día el cual me senti ligero y potente para los combos además de motivación y enfoque 💪🏻🔥
