He estado entrenando estas semanas fuerte, otras veces un poco suave para no sentimir muy agotado pero ahí vamos paso a paso entrenando.🦾🦾
Greetings friends of #HIVE and #SWC. Today I share with you some photos of my preparation for the HIVE Cup. I'm training as hard as possible to be able to give my best. I've been training these weeks hard, other times a little soft so I don't feel too exhausted but there we go step by step training.🦾🦾
Estoy entrenando tanto entrenamientos básicos como otros ejercicios más complejos como el Front Lever. También algunos ejercicios de Jale, otros de Empuje. También entreno ejercicicos como la plancha; entre otros. Sé que la competencia va a tener mucho nivel. En la Copa HIVE hay muchos competidores buenos; así que tengo que dar lo mejor pero también sé que será una de las grandes competencias. Así que demos todo y a entrenar como se debe. I'm training both basic workouts and more complex exercises like the Front Lever. I also do some pull-ups and some push-ups. I'm also training exercises like the plank, among others. I know that the competition is going to be very high level. In the HIVE Cup there are many good competitors; so I have to give my best but I also know that it will be one of the great competitions.
