¡Que tal a todos! El día de hoy fue de entrenamiento en el parque cerca de casa. El día de hoy, el atleta @sw-yisus me enseñó cómo hacer un poco de free en las barras.
Fue muy divertido y algo difícil. Aprendí a balancearme mejor y a hacer un pequeño intento de giro 180°. No salió tan técnico, pero me animé a hacerlo por lo menos.
La verdad no hice mucho porque sentía que estaba estorbando un poco a los demás, ya que al ser nueva en ese tipo de prácticas, me estaban cediendo el turno de usar las barras con calma.
Aun así, me sentía que estaba estorbando un poco con el entrenamiento de los demás. Gracias al apoyo de @sw-yisus pude disfrutar mucho el poco entrenamiento de hoy.
Ha sido un entrenador excelente. El día de hoy estaba bastante lindo, lástima que no pude tomar fotos mientras hacía el balanceo, pero pude tomar fotos del cielo. Se veía con tonalidades rosáceas y quedaron muy lindas las fotos.
El día de hoy fue bastante bendecido. Espero que el resto de los días continúe así, y poder agradecer en todo momento.
Dios los bendiga y proteja de la maldad, y sean capaces de sacar rencores de sus corazones, ya que ese sentimiento no pertenece ahí.

Hey, everyone! Today was training day at the park near my house. Today, athlete @sw-yisus taught me how to do a little freestyle on the bars.It was really fun and kind of hard. I learned how to balance better and try a little 180° turn. It didn't turn out that technical, but I was encouraged to at least try it.I didn't really do much because I felt like I was getting in the way of the others a bit. Since I'm new to this type of practice, they were letting me take my turn using the bars calmly.Even so, I felt like I was getting in the way of the others' training a little. Thanks to @sw-yisus' support, I was able to really enjoy today's short training session.He has been an excellent trainer. Today was quite nice, too bad I couldn't take pictures while doing the swing, but I was able to take pictures of the sky. It looked pinkish and the pictures turned out very nice.Today was quite a blessed day. I hope the rest of the days continue like this, and I can be grateful at all times.May God bless you and protect you from evil, and may you be able to remove resentment from your hearts, as that feeling does not belong there.
