Mi evolución en la plancha ha sido rápida apartir que la empecé a entrenar como tal ya que cuando comencé a entrenar no sabía que los estáticos se entrenan por parte y yo entrenaba todo junto en los primeros dos años entrenaba mal y no tenía evolución en el 2023 un amigo me empezó a entrenar y me explico como se entrenan los estáticos y me empezó a dar rutinas de plancha de en 2024 comencé a entrenar solo y me empecé a frustrar ya que no veía evolución y dejé de entrenar por un tiempo en ese tiempo que deje de entrenar los estáticos me concentré en hacer puros dinámicos en diciembre de ese año me propuse a volver a entrenar los estáticos desde ese entonces hasta ahorita solo entreno estáticos y de ves en cuando hago dinámicos en este deporte hay que tener mucha disciplina y paciencia espero les guste la publicacion.
My evolution in the plank has been rapid since I started training it as such since when I started training I did not know that the statics are trained in parts and I trained everything together. In the first two years I trained badly and I had no evolution. In 2023 a friend started training me and explained how the statics are trained and he started giving me plank routines. In 2024 I started training alone and I started to get frustrated since I did not see any evolution and I stopped training for a while. During that time, when I stopped training the statics, I concentrated on doing pure dynamic exercises. In December of that year, I decided to train the statics again. Since then until now, I only train static exercises and from time to time I do dynamic exercises. In this sport, you have to have a lot of discipline and patience. I hope you like the publication.
