Hola comunidad de Street Workout Community, hoy les traído una rutina para trabajar los músculos del cuadriceps y la pantorrilla en su mayoría.
Hello Street Workout Community, today I brought you a routine to work the quadriceps and calf muscles mostly.

1- Sentadilla Búlgara
1- Bulgarian squat
Consiste en realizar un zancada como el ejercicio que ya conocemos, pero en este caso el pie de apoyo (El de atrás) tendrá cierta elevación para así de esta manera aumentar la dificultad del ejercicio.
It consists of performing a stride like the exercise we already know, but in this case the support foot (the back one) will have some elevation in order to increase the difficulty of the exercise.


2- Saltos al banco
2- Jump to the bank
Consiste en realizar múltiples sentadillas explosivas pero saltando sobre un objeto con cierta elevación.
It consists of performing multiple explosive squats but jumping on an object with a certain elevation.

3- Sentadillas explosivas
3- Explosive squats
Consiste en la misma mecánica del ejercicio anterior, solo que en este ejercicio se modifica el factor explosividad, ya que deberás subir la sentadilla con una salto.
It consists of the same mechanics of the previous exercise, only that in this exercise the explosiveness factor is modified, since you will have to raise the squat with a jump.

4- Sentadilla Isométrica
4- Isometric Squat
Consiste en realizar una sentadilla pero manteniendo su posición de esta forma apoyaremos nuestra espalda en una superficie recta como único punto de apoyo y estar en un angulo de 90*.
It consists of performing a squat but maintaining its position in this way we will support our back on a straight surface as a single point of support and be at an angle of 90 *.

5- Sentadilla abierta
5- Open squat
Consiste en realizar una sentadilla, solo que en este caso va aumentar la apertura de las piernas y de esta manera involucrar el músculo del cuadriceps.
It consists of performing a squat, only in this case will increase the opening of the legs and thus involve the quadriceps muscle.
