Rutina de jale (espalda,dorsales,antebrazo y biceps)

Pull routine (back, lats, forearm and biceps)

Hola a todos amigos y amigas de Street Workout Community Hoy les traigo una suave rutina de jale sencilla con unas combinaciones de ejercicios espero les guste .
Hello to all friends of Street Workout Community Today I bring you a smooth simple pulling routine with some combinations of exercises I hope you like it.

1.5 pull ups abierta y cerrada en agarre prono y bíceps x4
1.5 open and closed pull ups in overhand grip and biceps x4
En el primer ejercicio comenzaremos con 5 pull ups abiertas y 5 pull ups cerrada con el agarre en prono y bíceps lo cual trabajaremos el dorsal ancho,dorsal intraespinoso, redondo mayor,trapecio, romboides, bíceps y braquial anterior.
In the first exercise we will start with 5 open pull ups and 5 closed pull ups with the prone grip and biceps which will work the latissimus dorsi, intraspinatus dorsi, teres major, trapezius, rhomboids, biceps and anterior brachialis.

2.15 flexiones abiertas inclinada y normales x4
2.15 open incline and normal push-ups x4
En el segundo ejercicio haremos flexiones abiertas inclinada y normales,las inclinadas se hacen con los pies en una banco y los brazos en el suelo,las normales con los pies y brazos en el piso lo cual trabajaremos deltoides anterior y del serrato.
In the second exercise we will do inclined and normal open push-ups, the inclined ones are done with the feet on a bench and the arms on the floor, the normal ones with the feet and arms on the floor which we will work the anterior deltoids and the serratus.

3.8 pull ups cerrada y 8 pull ups neutrales x4
3.8 closed pull ups and 8 neutral pull ups x4
En el tercer ejercicio haremos 8 pull ups cerradas y 8 pull ups en neutrales ,recuerden siempre activar las escapulas y llegar la dominada hasta el pecho para mas intensidad para la espalda.
In the third exercise we will do 8 closed pull ups and 8 neutral pull ups, always remember to activate the scapulae and reach the pull up to the chest for more intensity for the back.

Bueno mi querida comunidad eso a si todo por el vídeo de hoy una rutina realmente suave con ejercicios sencillo pero un poco complicado porque son ejercicios combinados y eso es lo que lo hace complicado porque ya no se trata de fuerza si no de resistencia, espero les haya gustado y sin mas nada que decirles nos vemos en un próximo vídeo.
