EJERCICIOS PARA EL BACK LEVER
EXERCISES FOR THE BACK LEVER

Lo primero que haremos es skin the cat, es un ejercicio que consiste en colocar los brazos y las piernas rectas. Levantaremos las piernas hacia arriba, continuando el movimiento hasta los pies pasan a través de los brazos y sobre la cabeza en posición de pica invertida.
Luego haremos tuck de back lever, el ejercicio consiste basicamente en hacer un back lever pero con las piernas recogidas.
Luego haremos back lever en pica
Y para finalizar, haremos negativas de back lever, consiste en ponerte en la posicion de pica, y bajar lo mas lento que puedas, hasta que tus pies queden viendo al suelo.
