bienvenidos chicos y chicas de Street workout community en este siguiente post les voy a mostrar algunas fotografías de lo que fue mi entrenamiento con mis queridos amigos Luis Samuel Numa Henry Miguel y Emmanuel estuvimos entrenando una serie de ejercicios enfocados en los básicos mayormente estamos haciendo una rutina de chequeo el cual el chequeo es saber cuánto es lo máximo de repeticiones qué puedes hacer en pull-ups,flexiones, fondos australianas etcétera luego de terminar nuestra rutina dijimos por qué no tomarnos algunas fotos y quedaron muy lindas y quise compartirlas con ustedes dijimos por qué no tomarnos algunas fotos y quedaron muy lindas y quise compartirlas con ustedes
