





Entrenamiento de plancha enfocado a mejorar postura [ESP-ENG]

Hola amig@s de #Hive y #swc un saludo , tras volver a entrenar estáticos debo mejorar varios aspectos en cuanto a plancha se refiere , lo principal es mejorar la postura así que aprovechando este mesociclo iré buscando limpiar y mejorar la postura hoy decidí entrenar un poco más los aguantes que es estado mejorando muy rápidamente , intentando hacer la técnica lo mejor posible inicie el entrenamiento con los combos que ya tengo preparado así como también un poco de handstand para trabajar el balance , al principio las posturas estuvieron algo caídas pero al final pude corregir gran parte del movimiento . Algunas de las variables que estoy haciendo son el agarre supino y la wide planche ya que estoy más acostumbrado y cómodo con ellos , para terminar el entrenamiento realize una rutina de básicos enfocada en la fuerza y la resistencia que próximamente estaré subiendo la rutina donde realize variaciones de L-sit y flexiones explosivas para mejorar la fuerza , en cuanto a resistencia las flexiones convencionales a más 40 repeticiones combinadas con la L-sit y así terminamos este entrenamiento de plancha un poco fatigados pero eso es lo de menos , no olviden cuidar su cuerpo y recuerden que el "movimiento es vida "

Some of the variables that I am doing are the supine grip and the wide planche since I am more accustomed and comfortable with them, to finish the training I performed a basic routine focused on strength and endurance that soon I will be uploading the routine where I will perform variations of L-sit and explosive pushups to improve strength, as for resistance the conventional pushups over 40 repetitions combined with the L-sit and so we finished this planche training a little fatigued but that's the least, do not forget to take care of your body and remember that the "movement is life".
