








Y bueno, mi rutina constó de alternar el primer ejercicio con unos aguantes en plancha, que fueron 3 aguantes en tucks de pull-ups a tucks aguantando 4 segundos, más un aguante en front lever one arm. Y entre cada serie hacía un aguante de plancha. Luego seguí con 3 series de 4 pull-ups de full front + full holding, 3 series de 2 pull-ups en full front + 3 pull-ups en half, y al final hice combos en tuck avanzado, como 3 pull-ups en wide + tucks + un aguante en tucks cerrado y otros combos que hice.
Y hoy hice solo unos básicos: hice 3 series de 5 muscle-ups, 3 series de 12 dominadas, 3 series de 5 flexiones en pino y terminé con 3 series de 15 flexiones normales. Y bueno, para mañana tengo pensado hacer planchita
Anyway, yesterday went really well. I felt full of energy and strength. I focused on front lever and set up a full routine for myself, training touch, pull-ups, front lever one arm, and combos. I also worked on the planchita.
My routine started by alternating the first exercise with some planche holds. I did three holds in touch from pull-ups to touch, holding for four seconds, plus a hold in front lever one arm. Between each set, I added a planche hold. Then I moved on to three sets of four pull-ups in full front + full holding, three sets of two pull-ups in full front + three pull-ups in half, and finished with tuck advance combos—like three pull-ups in wide + touch + a hold in tight touch, plus some other combos I threw in.
Today I just did some basics: three sets of five muscle-ups, three sets of twelve pull-ups, three sets of five handstand push-ups, and wrapped up with three sets of fifteen regular push-ups. And yeah, tomorrow I’m planning to work on planchita again.
