







Cuando llegué del liceo tomé un rato para descansar y luego fui a ver unos amigos que tenía días sin verlos. Cuando estábamos allá, nos íbamos a poner a jugar un rato Call of Duty, pero se fue la luz y no teníamos ya cómo jugar. Pero bueno, soroche para arreglarme temprano e irme a entrenar. En eso me pasó buscando un amigo al que a veces ayudo con algunas cosas y nos fuimos juntos. Lo malo es que en el camino empezó a llover un poquito y nos tuvimos que detener un rato. Ya cuando escampó, nos fuimos rápido a la casa de un amigo y de ahí nos fuimos al parque metropolitano. Como ya había dejado de llover, lo cierto es que cuando llegamos el clima se volvió a oscurecer por las nubes, y justamente cuando yo iba a hacer mi primer intento de plancha empezó a llover y nos tuvimos que cambiar de lugar. Pero eso no me fue impedimento para cumplir con mi entrenamiento, que la verdad hoy realicé una rutina sencilla ya que sigo adolorido por el tema de la competencia y los viajes. Pero bueno, mi rutina de hoy fue así: empecé con 3 series de aguantes de straddle planche desde lean, 3 series de sacadas más aguante de straddle planche desde tuck, 3 series por 4 repeticiones de levantadas de straddle desde lean, 3 series de half, 3 series de 2 presses en ranita y terminé con 4 series de 3 push-ups en tuck.
And about my day, honestly, it was very calm. I went to school early and did a biology activity with a partner. What I didn’t like about today is that it was really hot all day and it was unbearable, but oh well.
When I got back from school, I took a moment to rest and then went to see some friends I hadn’t seen in days. While we were there, we were about to play Call of Duty for a while, but the power went out and we couldn’t play anymore. So I got ready early to go train. At that moment, a friend I sometimes help out came to pick me up and we went together. The bad part is that on the way it started raining a little, so we had to stop for a while. Once it cleared up, we quickly went to a friend’s house and from there headed to the Metropolitan Park. Since the rain had stopped, everything seemed fine, but when we got there the sky darkened again because of the clouds, and just when I was about to do my first planche attempt, it started raining again. We had to change locations, but that didn’t stop me from completing my training.
Honestly, today I did a simple routine since I’m still sore from the competition and the travel. My routine today went like this: I started with 3 sets of straddle planche holds from lean, 3 sets of lifts plus straddle planche holds from tuck, 3 sets of 4 reps of straddle lifts from lean, 3 sets of half planche, 3 sets of 2 frog presses, and I finished with 4 sets of 3 tuck push-ups.
