¡Saludos amigos de #Hive, usuarios de #liketu y atletas de #swc! En la Hacienda Santa Teresa nos habíamos propuesto llevar a cabo este evento especial dirigido hacia jóvenes con discapacidades cognitivas y autismo, con el objetivo de promover la inclusión y la actividad física como herramientas para mejorar su calidad de vida. Desde el principio, la respuesta fue abrumadora. Los jóvenes llegaron acompañados de sus maestros, con sonrisas en sus rostros y una actitud positiva que era contagiosa. Nos dispusimos a mostrarles las diferentes técnicas y ejercicios de Calistenia y Street Workout, demostrando cómo se podían realizar sin necesidad de utilizar equipos o pesas, solo con el peso del cuerpo y las barras que ensamblamos.
Greetings #Hive friends, #liketu users and #swc athletes! At Hacienda Santa Teresa we had set out to carry out this special event aimed towards young people with cognitive disabilities and autism, with the goal of promoting inclusion and physical activity as tools to improve their quality of life. From the beginning, the response was overwhelming. The young people arrived accompanied by their teachers, with smiles on their faces and a positive attitude that was contagious. We set out to show them the different techniques and exercises of Calisthenics and Street Workout, demonstrating how they could be performed without the use of equipment or weights, just with body weight and the bars we assembled.
Fue increíble ver la determinación y la alegría en los rostros de los participantes mientras intentaban realizar los diferentes ejercicios que implementamos en algunas dinámicas. Algunos de ellos mostraban un talento natural para estos ejercicios, desafiando sus propios límites. Otros necesitaban un poco más de ayuda y apoyo, pero siempre lo daban todo con una actitud positiva y perseverante. Los jóvenes se animaban mutuamente, se aplaudían y se felicitaban por cada logro, creando un ambiente de apoyo mutuo que era inspirador. Fue un recordatorio poderoso de que, a pesar de las diferencias, todos somos capaces de superarnos a nosotros mismos y alcanzar nuestros objetivos si tenemos la determinación y el apoyo adecuado.
It was amazing to see the determination and joy on the faces of the participants as they tried to perform the different exercises that we implemented in some of the dynamics. Some of them showed a natural talent for these exercises, challenging their own limits. Others needed a little more help and support, but they always gave it their all with a positive and persevering attitude. The young people encouraged each other, applauded and congratulated each other on every accomplishment, creating an atmosphere of mutual support that was inspiring. It was a powerful reminder that, despite differences, we are all capable of bettering ourselves and achieving our goals if we have the right determination and support.
Al final del evento, todos estábamos agotados por el calor que emanaba el sol, los atletas que participamos en la exhibición nos quemamos los pies jajajaja, pero felizmente, habíamos compartido una experiencia única y enriquecedora que había dejado huella en nuestros corazones. Más que un evento deportivo; fue un momento de inclusión, superación y alegría que recordaremos con cariño por siempre. Espero que les haya gustado el contenido, nos vemos pronto con más. At the end of the event, we were all exhausted by the heat emanating from the sun, the athletes who participated in the exhibition burned our feet hahahaha, but happily, we had shared a unique and enriching experience that had left a mark in our hearts. More than a sporting event; it was a moment of inclusion, self-improvement and joy that we will fondly remember forever. I hope you liked the content, see you soon with more.
