Hola Comunidad de #SWC, el día de ayer realicé una rutina enfocada en lo que siento que debo mejorar, así que seguimos con las Dominadas.
Esta rutina es simple, porque consistía simplemente en hacer dominadas al fallo y descansar el menor tiempo posible, para volver a darle al fallo y así sucesivamente.
A pesar de que sea una rutina simple no quiere decir que no sea agotadora, porque lo que se busca es ganar tanto fuerza/resistencia como fuerza en los antebrazos, debido a que estar colgado tanto tiempo al menos a mi me quema los antebrazos.😅

Hello #SWC Community, yesterday I did a routine focused on what I feel I need to improve, so we continue with the Pull-ups.
This routine is simple, because it consisted simply of doing pull-ups to failure and resting as little time as possible, to hit failure again and so on.
Although it is a simple routine does not mean that it is not exhausting, because what is sought is to gain both strength / endurance and strength in the forearms, because being hung for so long at least to me burns my forearms.😅
