     Well if I had to describe how my first week of training was in a long time, I would say that my mind was like I had never ever left rest, but my body was saying the opposite hahahahahah, something super funny after analyzing it actually 😂.

     Pero ya hablando centrado, fue algo difícil tratar de volver a seguir el mismo ritmo que llevaba antes, más sin embargo orgulloso y animado de volver a la jugada.Por esa razón hoy viernes quise culminar mi semana con una rutina de abdomen para generar más resistencia en mi parte media.

  • But speaking focused, it was a little difficult trying to get back into the same rhythm I had before, but nevertheless proud and excited to get back in the game, so today Friday I wanted to finish off my week with an ab routine to generate more resistance in my midsection.*

      La Rutina de abdomen del Día 5:
° Resistencia en L en mini paralelas: 30 Segundos/ 4 Series
°Resistencia en L con las piernas flexionadas:30 Segundos/ 4 Series
°Escaladas de montañas: 30 Repeticiones con cada pierna/ 4 Series
°Abdominales Cruzados : 20 Repeticiones

 * The Day 5 Abdominal Routine:
° Resistance in L on mini parallel: 30 Seconds/ 4 Sets
°L-resistance with bent legs: 30 seconds/ 4 Sets
°Mountain Climbs: 30 Reps with each leg/ 4 Sets
°Cross Sit-Ups : 20 Repetitions*
