That's not the way that any of the teams would operate these days because no one should make blackmail on anyone if they don't agree with some decisions.
Yeah, Hyundai Motorsport bosses said recently that they won't spend any of resources on the 2025 regulations which should be penned next month. That's their decision and they should keep it for themselves if they don't agree.
The thing is that FIA finally decided for something better from 2025 because of the lower Rally1 car prices and more opening to the privateers which is now possible only in WRC2 category.
Let it be the best for the sport...
