A good record is better than any currency ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ต

"I've always believed that a good name is more valuable than money. An ex-con no matter the amount of money he has, he has a stain on his name, there are positions he can't reach.
Your reputation is like a currency that can open many different doors, build trust, and create opportunities for you and your children. I've heard stories of people who have sacrificed their integrity for quick gains, only to lose everything in the end. Some don't lose anything but a good name lives in the hearts of people.

Let me tell you a story my dad always tells me about a man named Adewale, who lived in Nigeria. Adewale was a young man, very poor, and he was a graduate who was looking for a job, so he applied for a job in an oil company. Everyone who stayed in that office was taking bribes and making money under the table, but Adewale refused to get involved. He stayed pure, even when it was tempting to take the easy way out.

Little did he know, the boss knew everything that had ever happened in that office, and was testing him. The boss had been searching for a trustworthy person to take over one of his other businesses, and he had been watching Adewale from afar. The boss had a habit of putting new employees in the office for two years, and if they couldn't be trusted, their service would no longer be needed. Most of them wonder why, though they've stolen a lot . Adewale was the first person to pass the test.

After two years, the boss called Adewale into his office and revealed the truth. He told Adewale that he had been watching him, and he was impressed with his integrity. The boss offered Adewale the chance to take over one of his businesses, and Adewale accepted.

Adewale's good name and reputation opened doors for his family. His children and relatives got opportunities because of his trustworthiness. The boss talks about Adewale to his friends, because of this good record blessings flowed into his family, okayy all this does not happen to everyone but there's always trust.

Adewale's story taught me that a good name is more valuable than money. It's better to be poor and honest than to be rich and corrupt. When you have integrity, people will trust you, and that trust will open doors for you and your loved ones.
I'm sure if anybody here has a company or business he/she won't give someone who is not trustworthy to handle, so, think about this.๐Ÿค
