Most excellent writeup @acgalarza, you are correct to a point in most formal symphony orchestras or bands, but one of the greatest rock bands always tried to outdo each other, and that band was Cream, who has been around since the 1960s. Even though they tried to outdo each other, they wound up sounding fantastic and set many records.
I play a guitar, myself, and enjoy it.

¡Oh wow! I didn't know that fact about Cream. Too bad, isn't it! They were a great band on their own terms, even with such internal conflicts, imagine what would have been having they chosen to lift each other to their maximum potential.

Yes, you are wrong lol, I have the cheapest box I could find (acoustic) and I have had some pretty good guitars in the past @acgalarza. I've had this same one for about 8 or 10 years now, and my son bought me some new strings for it, and says it still plays excellent. I have had electric in the past, but they are long gone, just like my Ovation. And we do still have a set of Ludwig drums that are over at his house that he learned to play on until the music teacher stated he could not teach my son anymore, that his playing was astronomical. Pretty good until I found out he liked the guitar, banjo, mandolin, and any other oddity made hahahahahahaha!!!
