Hello my beautiful people of HIVE, happy and blessed afternoon to each and every one of the wonderful people of this great family, today I join this great initiative made by the team of @aliento and @escuadron201, which invites us to participate in an extraordinary initiative which is called How do you think they should be the Hivers, an excellent question to which I will answer. Here is my participation to this interesting initiative, I hope you like it.
Desde mi punto de vista los Hivers deberían de ser personas responsables, cariñosas, honestas, dinámicas, alegres, creativas, innovadoras, auténticas y amigables capaces de ayudar al prójimo cuando este lo necesite. Un Hivers además de todo lo antes ya expuesto, debe de tener una serie de cualidades, habilidades y virtudes que lo hagan ser un ejemplo a seguir por otros y otras.
Los Hivers deben de ser personas con valores y principios intachables, los cuales tendrán la oportunidad y el privilegio de guiar y encaminar a los nuevos escritores y escritoras que formarán parte de esta enorme familia, de manera que estos puedan ir cada día avanzando y subiendo de nivel, para que en el futuro sean reconocidos y admirados a través de su gran desempeño dentro de la comunidad. El ser un Hivers implica mucho compromiso, esfuerzo y constancia; ya que eres el centro de admiración de muchas personas, los cuales cada día te siguen, aman y valoran todo tu esfuerzo hecho durante años dentro de las diferentes comunidades que forman parte fundamental de la gran y extensiva familia HIVE, logrando así ser el mejor en todas y cada una de las cosas que se proponga en la vida.
HOW DO YOU THINK HIVERS SHOULD BE?
From my point of view, Hivers should be responsible, caring, honest, dynamic, cheerful, creative, innovative, authentic and friendly people capable of helping others when they need it. A Hivers in addition to all of the above, must have a series of qualities, abilities and virtues that make them an example for others to follow.
Hivers must be people with impeccable values and principles, who will have the opportunity and the privilege of guiding and directing the new writers who will be part of this huge family, so that they can advance every day and level up, so that in the future they will be recognized and admired through their great performance within the community. Being a Hivers implies a lot of commitment, effort and perseverance; since you are the center of admiration of many people, who every day follow you, love and value all your effort made for years within the different communities that are a fundamental part of the great and extensive HIVE family, thus achieving to be the best in each and every one of the things that you propose in life.

Los Hivers deberían de evolucionar de la manera más rápida y eficaz posible; ya que ellos son los encargados de velar por el buen funcionamiento y desempeño personal, intelectual y profesional de todos y cada uno de aquellos seres humanos maravillosos y únicos que iniciarán su gran recorrido dentro de esta gran familia llamada HIVE BLOG. Cada día que transcurre en nuestras vidas es símbolo de evolución y tranformación; ya que con el solo hecho de despertar y ver a nuevos usuarios dentro de esta plataforma; podemos decir que cada día hemos ido evolucionando y creciendo a pasos agigantados siendo reconocidos a lo largo del planeta.
También deberíamos de crear nuevos canales de comunicación, para así poder evolucionar, interactuar e intercambiar conocimientos innovadores, para que nuestro mensaje sea más fluido y se difunda rápidamente entre todos los usuarios que leen y comentan nuestros contenidos.
Para mi el canal de @threespeak ha sido un gran avance y logro en pro de nuestra evolución; ya que gracias a este medio audiovisual muchas personas nos pueden visualizar al mismo tiempo en diferentes lugares del mundo, una gran oportunidad de crecimiento personal y profesional, logrando así que por medio de este podamos explotar todo nuestro ingenio, creatividad e invención al momento de crear un nuevo contenido audiovisual, el cual podrán disfrutar y apreciar en el momento y el tiempo que lo deseen.
HOW SHOULD HIVERS EVOLVE?
Hivers should evolve as quickly and efficiently as possible, since they are responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and personal, intellectual and professional performance of each and every one of those wonderful and unique human beings who will begin their great journey within this great family called HIVE BLOG. Every day that passes in our lives is a symbol of evolution and transformation; since just by waking up and seeing new users within this platform; we can say that every day we have been evolving and growing by leaps and bounds being recognized throughout the planet.
We should also create new communication channels, so we can evolve, interact and exchange innovative knowledge, so that our message is more fluid and spreads quickly among all users who read and comment on our content.
For me the @threespeak channel has been a breakthrough and achievement in favor of our evolution; because thanks to this audiovisual media many people can see us at the same time in different parts of the world, a great opportunity for personal and professional growth, thus achieving that through this we can exploit all our ingenuity, creativity and invention when creating new audiovisual content, which can enjoy and appreciate at the time and time they want.
