Mmmm imagenes como tal no, depende, la imagen estatica la trabajé en Photoshop, las animaciones si las introduje con AE.
(Pero depende lo que quieras hacer, hay diferentes estilos, flyer, motion graphics, etc)
Se torna un poco complejo si no tienes noción de ciertas cosas de diseño, una vez que lo logras es más rápido y ahorras tiempo
