Saludos queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad @aliento, el dia de hoy quiero unirme a esta iniciativa que nos trae los amigos @aliento y @escuadron201 quienes en esta ocasión nos invitan a compartir nuestro pensar de como deberían de ser los Hivers, lo cual me parece ideal que todos podamos participar e intercambiar nuestras ideas y así lo más nuevos en la plataforma podemos conocer un poco más del tema y las vivencias de otros dentro de esta plataforma, antes de compartir parte de mi quiero invitar a mis compañeros y amigos @alexanderflx @venusl19 y @eumelysm aunirse a esta iniciativa y compartir con nosotros.Aca les comparto el link de la iniciativa.

En realidad me hubiera gustado poder escuchar lo que piensan los amigos @eddiespino @fermionico de estás interrogantes pues viniendo de personas de mayor trayectoria deben tener muchas cosas importantes por decir lamentablemente no pude ingresar a link, imagino que por la señal de internet, pero seguiré intentando 😊.
Yo pensé mucho antes de atreverme a responder pues como solo tengo 5 meses en Hive no tengo ni el conocimiento ni la experiencia y no es mucho lo que podría compartirles pero intentaré decirles desde mi perspectiva lo que considero debería ser, si me equivoco acepto y les agradezco si pueden corregirme.

I thought a lot before daring to answer because since I only have 5 months in Hive I have neither the knowledge nor the experience and there is not much I could share with you but I will try to tell you from my perspective what I consider it should be, if I am wrong I accept and I appreciate if you can correct me.
Cómo crees que deberían de ser los Hivers?
Pienso que un Hivers debería ser una persona entregada y comprometida con la plataforma y su crecimiento dentro de la misma, debe ser una persona capaz de compartir conocimientos y experiencias, tratando siempre de crear contenido de calidad que sean de beneficio para otros, una persona que pueda compartir e intercambiar ideas, que pueda crear comunidad mediante el apoyo y comentarios a otros usuarios.
Sabemos que muchos de nosotros está plataforma no a ayudado a solventar ciertas situaciones económicas y pienso que una forma de regresar lo que hemos recibido es tratando siempre de buscar el crecimiento y fortalecimiento de Hive.
How do you think Hivers should be?
I think that a Hivers should be a person dedicated and committed to the platform and its growth within it, they should be a person capable of sharing knowledge and experiences, always trying to create quality content that is of benefit to others, a person who you can share and exchange ideas, that you can create a community by supporting and commenting on other users.
We know that many of us this platform has not helped to solve certain economic situations and I think that one way to return what we have received is always trying to seek growth and strengthening of Hive.
¿Cómo crees que deberían de evolucionar los Hivers?
Creo que una manera de ir evolucionando es ir aprendiendo cada día, muchos cuando iniciamos cometemos muchos errores pero de ello debemos ir aprendiendo para mejorar en nuestros post cada día y poder brindar un mejor contenido, creo que de la noche a la mañana no seremos expertos por eso necesitamos dedicación, perseverancia y humildad para aceptar nuestros errores, pedir ayuda y aceptar sugerencias, esto en cuanto a los post.
Cómo usuarios debemos buscar ayudar a otros usuarios y guiarlos para que no cometan nuestras equivocaciones, apoyarlos si aún como yo no tenemos un poder de voto podemos brindar un comentario constructivo que los motive, debemos cada día ir creando contenido productivo, les confieso que cuando miro esas personas con una popularidad de 70, moderadores, o simplemente personas que ya por mirar cada día su contenido sabes que son personas de trayectoria, pienso cuando seré como ellos, pero también estoy clara que eso lo han logrado con mucho tiempo trabajo, dedicación y amor por la plataforma.
How do you think Hivers should evolve?
I think that one way to evolve is to learn every day, many of us make many mistakes when we start, but we must learn from them to improve our posts every day and be able to provide better content, I think that overnight we will not be experts That is why we need dedication, perseverance and humility to accept our mistakes, ask for help and accept suggestions, this in terms of the post.
As users we must seek to help other users and guide them so that they do not make our mistakes, support them if even like me we do not have voting power we can provide a constructive comment that motivates them, we must create productive content every day, I confess that when I look those people with a popularity of 70, moderators, or simply people who, by looking at their content every day, know that they are people with a track record, I think when will I be like them, but I am also clear that they have achieved this with a lot of time, work, dedication and platform love.
Creo que todos debemos ir avanzando y aprendiendo, creo que no es solo entrar publicar y salir creo que esto es algo que va mucho más allá y que hay muchas cosas por conocer y aprender.
