Saludos a todas las bellas y hermosas personas que trabajan en la maravillosa blockchain @Hive. También, expreso mi agradecimiento a la comunidad de @aliento y al amigo @escuadron201, por tomarse el importante tiempo de organizar la iniciativa, "¿Cómo crees que debería ser Hivers?".
Hablar de @Hive es mirar al pasado cuando en marzo de 2020 se creó como producto de una bifurcación en la plataforma Steemit. Como resultado de esa bifurcación, @Hive surgió como una blockchain social descentralizada, proporcionando la oportunidad de crecimiento a todos sus usuarios.
Tan pronto como @Hive apareció en la escena tecnológica, algunos líderes de esta blockchain se dieron a la tarea de organizar "Retos e Iniciativas" con la intención de dar a conocer los aspectos teóricos y prácticos de esta plataforma. Uno de los líderes más dinámicos en la preparación de retos fue @theycallmedan, quien mantuvo a los usuarios muy entusiasmados para darles a conocer lo que realmente significa y cómo funciona @Hive, así como el impacto de esta comunidad en la vida personal y familiar de sus usuarios. Actualmente es impresionante y asombroso el crecimiento y evolución que ha tenido la blockchain @Hive. Lo que se pretende ahora, es conocer las expectativas de los usuarios en relación a su comunión con @Hive y cómo esta blockchain ha influido en cada uno de nosotros como usuarios para nuestro crecimiento y desarrollo en esta plataforma.
¿Cómo crees que deberían ser los Hivers?
Dentro de esta blockchain, lo que más importa es el "interés" y el "hambre de aprender y compartir". Cada usuario debe llevar en su espíritu estas características, de lo contrario se convertirá en un usuario pasivo con simple interés en las recompensas. Crecer dentro de la plataforma debe motivarnos a aprender sobre su estructura económica, es decir, lo que significa: Hive, HBD y Hive Power, y cómo operan dentro de la blockchain. La oportunidad de crecimiento se nos presenta en la calidad del contenido que podemos crear, el cual, nos permitirá obtener buenas recompensas. El crecimiento dentro de la plataforma también se limita al buen uso de las etiquetas, que deben estar relacionadas con tu publicación, para poder llegar a un gran número de usuarios que puedan estar interesados en tu publicación y darte el voto positivo para tu recompensa. Es importante destacar que los usuarios que pueden estar interesados en tu publicación se encuentran en todo el mundo, donde @Hive puede llegar y dar a conocer a todos los usuarios que forman parte de él. Darse a conocer en todas partes es una variable importante para el crecimiento dentro de la plataforma.
Las comunidades que integran la plataforma @Hive son vitales y muy relevantes, ya que a través de ellas puedes manifestar tu talento humano y crecer para convertirte en un usuario potencial. Lo interesante es que las comunidades están en diferentes idiomas lo que te ayuda efectivamente para tu crecimiento en la plataforma.

What do you think the Hivers should look like?
Greetings to all the beautiful and lovely people working on the wonderful blockchain @Hive. Also, I express my thanks to the @aliento community and friend @escuadron201, for taking the important time to organize the initiative, "What do you think Hivers should look like?".
To talk about @Hive is to look back to the past when in March 2020 it was created as a product of a fork in the Steemit platform. As a result of that fork, @Hive emerged as a decentralized social blockchain, providing the opportunity for growth to all of its users.
As soon as @Hive appeared on the technology scene, some leaders of this blockchain took on the task of organizing "Challenges and Initiatives" with the intention of raising awareness of the theoretical and practical aspects of this platform. One of the most dynamic leaders in the preparation of challenges was @theycallmedan, who kept users very excited to let them know what it really means and how @Hive works, as well as the impact of this community in the personal and family life of its users. Currently it is impressive and amazing the growth and evolution that the @Hive blockchain has had. What is intended now, is to know the expectations of users in relation to their communion with @Hive and how this blockchain has influenced each of us as users for our growth and development on this platform.
What do you think Hivers should look like?
Within this blockchain, what matters most is "interest" and "hunger to learn and share". Each user must carry in his spirit these characteristics, otherwise he will become a passive user with simple interest in rewards. Growing within the platform should motivate us to learn about its economic structure, i.e. what it means: Hive, HBD and Hive Power, and how they operate within the blockchain. The opportunity for growth is presented to us in the quality of the content we can create, which, will allow us to earn good rewards. The growth within the platform is also limited to the good use of tags, which must be related to your publication, in order to reach a large number of users who may be interested in your publication and give you the positive vote for your reward. It is important to note that users who may be interested in your publication are all over the world, where @Hive can reach and make known to all users who are part of it. Getting known everywhere is an important variable for growth within the platform.
The communities that make up the @Hive platform are vital and very relevant, because through them you can manifest your human talent and grow to become a potential user. The interesting thing is that the communities are in different languages which effectively helps you to grow on the platform.
