Hola chicos de Hive, esta es mi primera vez que publicare, antes de iniciar quiero agradecer a @mairimmorales por ser la motivadora de incursionar en el arte de la escritura online.

Me llaman Jocksy, Ingeniero civil de profesión, actualmente dedicada a la panadería, soy mama de dos y esposa, me encanta cocinar e inventar, soy muy romántica, me encanta todo lo natural, adoro ver paisajes, sensible admiro los colores que visualizo con cada paisaje. Para contarles un poco de los inicios del porque escogí mi profesión, de pequeña jugaba mucho con mi prima, mi tío, su papa era técnico de construcción civil, el influencio mi niñez, admiraba lo que había conseguido, mi prima me inducia a jugar con sus planos de vista en planta de esas casas el cual empezó como un juego pero me inicio a querer aprender más sobre el tema. Debo agradecer que mi tío, impulsó mi carrera de Ingeniería Civil.

They call me Jocksy, a civil engineer by profession, currently dedicated to baking, I am a mother of two and a wife, I love to cook and invent, I am very romantic, I love everything natural, I love seeing landscapes, I sensitively admire the colors that I visualize with each landscape. To tell you a little about the beginnings of why I chose my profession, when I was little I played a lot with my cousin, my uncle, his father was a civil construction technician, he influenced my childhood, I admired what I had achieved, my cousin encouraged me to play with their plan view plans of those houses which started as a game but I started to want to learn more about the subject. I must be grateful that my uncle encouraged my Civil Engineering career.

En cuanto a la Panadería, siempre me gusto cocinar, en el año 2005 me gradué de ingeniero pero solo ejercí mi profesión 4 años, porque estaba en una ciudad sola y estaba viendo crecer a mi primer retoño desde los ojos de otra persona, cuando salgo embarazada de mi segunda bebe, me dedique a ser mama y esposa allí fue que en la cocina consintiendo a mi familia empecé haciendo postres caseros, tortas gelatinas de colores, recetas complejas de hacer, son las que me estimulan más mi pasión, pero reconozco que un apretón de estabilidad económica en el año 2016 me motivo a iniciar con un negocio propio, empecé a ser pan en casero luego conseguí cerca de casa una escuela de panadería que me ayudó mucho más con ellos llegue hacer 5 cursos de panaderías especiales, pero hubo algo que realmente me enamoro y fue el aprender a diseñar pan, a través de los porcentajes no sabía que se podía ajustar una receta con una formulita, uff eso me conecto con la ingeniería donde tanto use formulas, pues me apasiono más, era algo diferente a seguir recetas, fue allí que vi en la panadería un emprendimiento sustentable a largo plazo.

As for the Bakery, I always liked to cook, in 2005 I graduated as an engineer but I only practiced my profession for 4 years, because I was in a city alone and I was watching my first offspring grow from the eyes of another person, when I left Pregnant with my second baby, I dedicated myself to being a mother and wife. It was there that in the kitchen, spoiling my family, I began making homemade desserts, colorful gelatin cakes, complex recipes to make, they are the ones that stimulate my passion the most, but I recognize that A squeeze of economic stability in 2016 motivated me to start my own business, I started making bread at home, then I found a baking school close to home that helped me much more with them. I ended up taking 5 special bakery courses, but there were something that I really fell in love with was learning how to design bread, through percentages I didn't know that you could adjust a recipe with a little formula ugh there I connected with engineering where I used formulas so much because I became more passionate about it, it was something different than follow recipes, it was there that I saw the bakery as a long-term sustainable enterprise.

Amo mi país, con orgullo digo Soy Venezolana nacida en el oriente pero viviendo en el sur, nací en el año 1981 saquen cuenta, tengo una hermosa familia que he construido somos 5 miembros incluyendo a mi mascota perruno que ya tiene doce años con nosotros. Soy muy feliz mi mayor proyecto de vida es tener una familia perfectamente imperfecta.

I love my country, with pride I say I am Venezuelan born in the east but living in the south, I was born in 1981, keep in mind, I have a beautiful family that I have built, we have 5 members including my pet dog who has been with us for twelve years. I am very happy, my greatest life project is to have a perfectly imperfect family.

Mi familia origen consta de cinco integrantes mis papas son los mejores, mi mama me impulso a cocinar porque siempre repetía que no le gustaba la cocina, papa me impulso amar el ambiente por ser biólogo de profesión, soy la mayor tenía que apoyar a cocinar, ser la primogénita es un peso grande que lleva a cuestas, debía ser la fuerte para ayudar al más débil, tengo dos hermanos maravillosos que son químicos, y me enorgullece lo que han hecho en su vida, mi querida Sis cada día me ensena @mairimmorales, su vida esta predestinada a estar cerca de la mía, me enseno a ser mama ya que era la mayor y debía ayudar mucho a mi mama, mi hermano el sándwich de la familia, lo quiero y admiro por su valentía y riesgo de su vida.

My original family consists of five members, my parents are the best, my mother encouraged me to cook because she always repeated that she did not like cooking, my father encouraged me to love the environment because he is a biologist by profession, I am the oldest, I had to support cooking, Being the firstborn is a big weight to carry, I had to be the strong one to help the weakest, I have two wonderful brothers who are chemists, and I am proud of what they have done in their lives, my dear Sis teaches me every day @mairimmorales , his life is predestined to be close to mine, he taught me how to be a mother since I was the oldest and had to help my mother a lot, my brother is the sandwich of the family, I love him and admire him for his bravery and risk with his life .
