      Hola Carlos. Escuché el episodio a través del enlace que dejaste en #Telegram.

      Me pareció genial, por allá te dejé tu tomate 😂

      Te comentaba que hace tiempo que había desactivado las notificaciones. Antes, tenía notificaciones por todas partes y era agobiante. Pasaba mucho tiempo revisando los mensajes que llegaban. Ahora, tengo solo algunas activadas, sin embargo, mi teléfono lo mantengo en silencio, siento que cada vez que suena me desconcentro. Lo prefiero así.

      Realmente necesitamos disfrutar más de los momentos importantes de nuestra vida. La tecnología puede llegar a convertirse en un obstáculo para lograrlo si nos descuidamos.
