We all started in Hive in different ways, they explained many things to us but everyone follows their own path according to their tastes or preferences and there are those who go further and decide to explore and innovate within the platform, which I celebrate because they bring it to life every day new and fresh to our house, that's why this topic seems very important and relevant to everyone.
Buen día para todos, hoy quiero compartir nuevamente en esta gran comunidad, la cual nos brinda la oportunidad de expresarnos de manera abierta. En esta ocasión quiero hacerlo participando en una iniciativa creada por @aliento y @escuadron201 donde nos piden compartir ¿Cómo crees que deberían de ser los Hivers?.
Todos iniciamos en hive de diferentes formas, nos explicaron muchas cosas pero cada quien sigue su camino de acuerdo a sus gustos o prederencias y hay aquellos que van más allá y deciden explorar e innovar dentro de la plataforma algo que celebro pues cada día le dan vida nueva y frescura a nuestra casa, por eso este tema me parece de mucha importancia y relevancia para todos.

Well friends, as we well know, most of those who begin to be part of hive do so through other people who are already living in the community or through various advertisements where users refer to this great network to earn rewards and by investigating the great part manages the basic concept that Hive is part of a great effort and passion, which was created by a large group of members of the Steem community (fork) who have always sought to move towards true decentralization, who decided to go in search of an ecosystem that will sincerely value decentralization all focused and with a renewed spirit in search of it. In conclusion, a decentralized social network based on blockchain whose created content has value.
But when they truly take part, they realize that it is much more than that because all of us who make life on this great platform have created a true community, where they interact and there is a unique coexistence and camaraderie. Everyone is always willing to teach, guide and help those who need it, that is why this initiative seems so interesting to me because it not only reflects what we believe about ourselves but also gives new users an idea of what is ours. community. Hive is a universe of possibilities to create content where you can find your own niche according to your tastes or you can simply be able to create your own style and share it with the rest.
A hiver must always be willing to explore new things, for this it is necessary to give time and true importance to being part of the platform, exploring has many advantages because it encourages you to participate in contests and initiatives that allow you to always stay active. In the same way, you must be willing to experiment with everything new you have to share, such as your skills or passions, expressing yourself freely but above all with your own content. As well as interacting, that is about making a community, being friendly and respectful with your comments and when giving your opinion or criticism that it is constructive and in favor of helping. But he considered that one of the main things is to have fun, love what you do as a content creator, share your day to day, your anecdotes, your passions, your follies or strange tastes but enjoy what you do that way instead of a work as many see it, it will be your best hobby. Apart from the fact that evolving for me is not following the momentary fashions that sometimes appear within the platform, but rather improving yourself as a user, learning new things and worrying about improving the quality of your posts and content.
Bueno amigos como bien sabemos la mayoría de los que empiezan a formar parte de hive lo hacen por medio de otras personas que ya hacen vida en la comunidad o por diversos anuncios donde usuarios hacen referencia de esta gran red para ganar recompensas y al investigar la gran parte maneja el concepto básico de que Hive forma parte de un gran esfuerzo y pasión, que se creo por un gran grupo de miembros de la comunidad Steem (bifurcación) los cuales siempre han buscado avanzar hacia una verdadera descentralización, que decidieron ir en busca de un ecosistema que valorará sinceramente la descentralización todos enfocados y con un espíritu renovado en busca de ello. En conclusión una red social descentralizada basada en blockchain cuyo contenido creado tiene valor.
Pero cuando hacen parte verdaderamente se dan cuenta que es mucho más que eso pues todos los que hacemos vida en esta gran plataforma hemos creado una verdadera comunidad, donde se interactúa y existe una convivencia y compañerismo única. Todos siempre dispuestos a enseñar, guiar y ayudar a aquel que lo necesita, es por eso que esta iniciativa me parece tan interesante pues no solo refleja lo que creemos de nosotros mismos sino que les da una idea a los nuevos usuarios de lo que es nuestra comunidad. Hive es un universo de posibilidades para crear contenidos donde puedes encontrar tu propio nicho de acuerdo a tus gustos o simplemente puedes ser capaz de crear tu propio estilo y compartirlo con el resto.
Un hiver debe estar dispuesto siempre a explorar cosas nuevas para ello es necesario brindarle tiempo y verdadera importancia a formar parte de la plaforma, explorar tiene muchas ventajas pues te incentiva a participar en concursos e iniciativas que te permitan siempre mantenerte activo. De igual forma debe estar dispuesto a experimentar con todo lo nuevo que tiene para compartir como sus habilidades o pasiones expresándose de manera libre pero sobre todo con su contenido propio. Así como también interactuar de eso se trata hacer comunidad, ser amigable y respetuoso con sus comentarios y a la hora de dar su opinión o crítica que esta sea constructiva y en pro de ayudar. Pero consideró que una de las cosas primordiales es divertirse, amar lo que haces como creador de contenido, comparte tu día a día, tus anécdotas, tus pasiones, tus locuras o gustos raros pero disfruta de lo que haces de esa manera en vez de un trabajo como muchos lo ven, será tu mejor hobbie. Aparte de que evolucionar para mí no es seguir las modas momentáneas que a veces se presentan dentro de la plataforma sino superarte como usurio aprender cosas nuevas y preocuparte por mejorar la calidad de tus post y contenidos.

As a hiver at the moment, I considered that I am in a transition stage, I am returning to my essence, and all this is due to the absence I had for a while due to health reasons regarding my son, which made me stay away. of direct contact and interaction within the platform. Currently I feel like at the beginning and following my own steps of what it is to be a hive, exploring, experimenting and making community. Well, I have found communities, users and many new things that I want to be part of again.
Similarly improve and evolve with my post learning and injecting my personal way to each of them. All in favor of improvements because if we improve as a user we will improve our community more and more, renewing it and making it much more attractive for everyone. That is why constantly evolving is vital for everyone, but doing it from your essence and focused on your tastes, not fashion.
Yo como hiver en estos momentos consideró que estoy en una etapa de transición, estoy volviendo a mi esencia, y todo esto se debe a la ausencia que tuve durante un tiempo debido a motivos de salud con respecto a mi hijo lo cual me hizo mantenerme fuera de contacto directo e interacción dentro de la plataforma. Actualmente me siento como al principio y siguiendo mis propios pasos de lo que es ser un hive, explorando, experimentando y haciendo comunidad. Pues he encontrado a mi regresó comunidades, usuarios y muchas cosas nuevas con las que deseo formar parte nuevamente.
De igual forma mejorar y evolucionar con mis post aprendiendo e inyectandole mi forma personal a cada uno de ellos. Todo en pro de mejoras pues si mejoramos como usuario mejoraremos cada vez más nuestra comunidad renovandola y haciendola mucho más atractiva para todos. Es por eso que evolucionar constantemente es vital para todos pero haciéndolo desde tu esencia y enfocado a tus gustos no a modas.
