Hello hello friends and friends of #aliento, I am very happy to greet you today hoping that you have had an excellent start to the week, today I want to participate in the new dynamic that @escuadrón201 and @aliento bring us where they leave us great unknowns that as part of the platform I feel committed to answering, analyzing our evolution process from the beginning to this moment.
So without further ado, here I leave you my participation and that is that despite not having much time on this platform since it started in December, and I have barely 3 months sharing within it,

- Aporte para mejorar a tus compañeros.
Hivers should be people committed to the platform, mainly those who demonstrate the following:
- commitment to growth within #hive.
- Empathy
- fellowship
- I respect
- Ability to improve
- Acceptance of constructive criticism.
- Contribution to improve your teammates.
I believe that being a hivers is not only belonging to the platform, it makes you a hivers to share with other members of the community, share quality content while respecting the work of your peers.
Contribute what little or much you have learned in your process so that others grow as much or more than you, creating a community is one of the essential characteristics that all hivers must have.

How do you think they should evolve?
Evolution happens since we started on the platform, from the moment you upload your first post, where you receive support and if you have good luck, comments with constructive criticism that will allow you to improve.
As I mentioned before, a hiver has to have the ability to accept constructive criticism, analyze it and learn from it in order to improve our publications every day, let's remember that it is not just publishing and that's it, it is about sharing quality content that other people are interested in reading; And not only that, we can also improve by reading or seeing the publications of our colleagues.
Even though I've only been on the platform for a short time, I think I've made progress, I think I've learned and I've been improving in my posts, I really hope to continue growing and improving day by day!
