Mi madre la mujer más importante en mi vida me hizo referencia a mis tres hermanos como a mí que tenía problemas de visión, no veía muy bien, mi madre es una mujer de 69 años.

En vista de ese pedimento decidimos hacer todo lo posible por llevarla a un médico oftalmólogo, y así lo hicimos, nos llenamos de ilusión en el mes de diciembre del presente año con que ese iba a ser el reglo para ese ser tan especial para todos, fue entonces cuando la llevamos a una consulta, fue desde ese momento que comenzó nuestra desgracia.

Acudimos con mi madre para hacer que se solucionara ese problema y tuviera una mejor calidad de vida, fue entonces cuando una oftalmóloga de la cual me reservo su nombre, nos informa que tenía una opacidad del cristalino del ojo comúnmente conocido como cataratas, la doctora nos indica que requiere una cirugía en ambos ojos y que esa sería la solución, fue entonces que decidimos hacerle la cirugía, con la confianza que operaria en un centro de salud importante de la ciudad de valencia, estado Carabobo, aquí en Venezuela.

Nuestra peor sorpresa fue que una cirugía simple que duraría aproximadamente media hora, se transformó en una cirugía de dos horas, donde resulta que la doctora hizo una mala praxis, cuando tratando de colocar un lente intraocular cerceno un vaso sanguíneo del ojo produciendo una hemorragia interna significativa que le ha ocasionado la pérdida de visión actualmente por el ojo al cual se la realizo la operación, practica esta que fué encubierta por ella, el cirujano auxiliar y todo el equipo que estaba presente, quedando al descubierto por testimonio de mi madre, cuando escucho de parte del médico auxiliar, ¡le causaste una hemorragia déjame ver qué puedo hacer!!.

Mala praxis que está corroborada con el diagnostico de otro médico al cual la llevamos para una evaluación al día siguiente motivo a fuertes dolores por elevación de tensión ocular y la ausencia de la doctora que la opero, cabe destacar que el medico auxiliar en la cirugía era el dueño del consultorio donde esta le había alquilado el quirófano ya que ella era su conocida y operaba siempre con él, dolores estos que atravesó mi madre a cada día porque los tratamientos no hacían nada para calmarlos teniendo que ser sometida a infiltraciones para drenar humor acuoso para que bajara la tensión y así cesara temporalmente el dolor, esa maniobra la hicieron por casi 15 día todos los días el dolor era espantoso y era la única forma de que bajara un poco.

Es así cuando hace una semana se le practico otra cirugía denominada trabeculectomia, la cual consiste en perforar el ojo ocular para que drenara naturalmente ya que en la cirugía inicial la doctora coloco de más un gel denominado dicolastico que termino por tapar los conductos natural del ojo, esta pesadilla después de casi un mes la seguimos sufriendo ya que mi madre no tiene visión aun por ese ojo y que presuntamente es de manera permanente, aunque tenemos fe todos en la familia sea de forma temporal y la recobre de forma progresiva, cabe destacar que la oftalmólogo la cual realiza la mala praxis se fue del estado y desatendió la emergencia causada por ella desde el mismo momento de la cirugía, habiendo sido notificada y haciendo caso omiso a su responsabilidad en el caso.

La Reflexión de todo esto es que debemos ser muy celosos a la hora de poner en manos de otro la salud de nuestros seres amados, debemos indagar y conocer con detalles en cuanto a la experiencia y antecedentes de cirugías realizadas por cualquier médico, siempre tener previo a una cirugía una segunda opinión, para que no pasen por lo que está pasando hoy día mi madre y nosotros como seres que la amamos; lo único que queríamos mis hermanos y yo era que en estas navidades mi madre pudiese tener una visión perfecta y verla más feliz, felicidad que se vio truncada por una persona sin ética profesional ni sentir humano que poco le importo su responsabilidad y se fue del estado dejándonos sin saber qué hacer y buscando de manera imprevista la atención de otro médico retinologo, el cual ha atendido a mi madre durante todo el mes de diciembre, lo que era una cirugía con un tiempo de recuperación aproximadamente de 8 días se ha convertido en ya casi un mes.

Siento mucho que estén pasando por eso, yo hubiese colocado el nombre de la doctora para que todos los que lean el post reconozcan a que doctor no acudir, este tipo de cosas se deberían denunciar la verdad, pero bueno, lo más importante ahora es la salud de tu madre.
Hola roadstories buenos días, gracias por su opinión si es cierto debí poner el nombre de la doctora pero mas allá de ponerla al escarnio es poner esa reflexión de lo sucedido, pero si te digo la Dra. se llama ASTRID, pasa consulta en Guacara y opera en el anexo de la Clínica Guerras Méndez, el medico que tapo todo es el Dr. Gio Michelena en la mis clínica, solo le Pido a dios salgamos con buen pie de esto GRACIAS POR TOMARTE TIEMPO PARA VER MI POST😀
