La vida, como dicen por ahí, es una montaña rusa, en la que todo sube, baja, se pone de cabeza y vuelve a organizarse, gira sin control y luego poco a poco se detiene. Sinceramente a mi, la vida ha tenido que enseñarme varias lecciones, ya que mi carácter suele ser un poco difícil por mi sensibilidad y pasión al hacer las cosas, muchos me llamarán difícil y otros llorona, pero al final del día, yo entendí que cada caída es una forma de aprender, de crecer y de volverme un poquito mejor persona que el día anterior, a veces puede que sea un proceso rápido, pero por lo general es tan lento que puede llegar a desesperar. El día de hoy decidí hablar un poco con ustedes de esas pequeñas lecciones de vida que me ha tocado aprender y que posiblemente alguien necesite leer en este momento, así que aquí les dejo mi "Spoiler" de la vida:

Cómo bien dicen por ahí, todo lo que sube, vuelve a bajar. Generalmente como personas terminamos metidos en cualquier situación que nos cause malestar o angustia, y ¿quieres que te diga la verdad, mi querido lector? Todo pasa, todo fluye y cambia, por mucho que queramos empeñarnos que no, la verdad es que si, no siempre vamos a vivir esa tristeza que tanto nos asfixia, así como no siempre vamos a vivir en esa alegría que se nos desborda, y eso está bien, es necesario vivir la tristeza para saber valorar la felicidad y viceversa. En resumen para ti, todo lo que te estresa, duele o molesta, va a pasar, creeme que si, y después de que lo haga, vas a entender que era necesario en tu vida, por muy horrible que pueda llegar a ser.

LOS RETOS SON NECESARIOS | CHALLENGES ARE NECESSARY
Lo que hoy es un reto, mañana puede ser una gran satisfacción. No tengas miedo de vivir nuevas experiencias, conocer a nuevas personas, de plantearte metas así otros las consideren estúpidas o "demasiado grandes". El mundo está lleno de soñadores que día a día están alcanzando lo que tanto quieren, y al final puede que dependa de ti, de tus ganas, pasión y fortaleza, alcanzar lo que tanto anhelas. Pueden venir cosas maravillosas para ti, pero uno de los primeros pasos es proponertelo y luchar por ello; casi nunca va a ser fácil, pero no creo que te importe mucho, cuando estés logrando tus objetivos, es más, por experiencia propia te puedo decir que cuando mires atrás y veas todo lo que lograste, te sentirás tan orgulloso de ti mismo, que vale casi tanto como el logro que acabas de obtener.

PREGUNTAR NO ESTA MAL | ASK IS NOT BAD
Es muy cierto ese dicho que reza "No hay preguntas estúpidas, solo estúpidos que no preguntan". Todos en algún momento de nuestra vida hemos tenido dudas con las que, por miedo o vergüenza, nos hemos quedado. Soy una de esas personas que suele asumir las cosas en lugar de preguntar todo lo necesario, y con el tiempo aprendí que es mejor pasar por ignorante un momento, que pretender que te las sabes todas. En todos los ámbitos existen personas llenas de conocimiento y muchas veces, estan dispuestas a compartirlo, entonces, lo mejor que podemos hacer es intentar aprender de ellas todo lo que podamos y crecer a su lado. Así que, querido amigo, no tengas miedo de preguntar o dudar de algo, al final del día, creeme que ninguno de nosotros nació con todo el conocimiento en mano, y quién crea que si, puede que sea más estúpido de lo que cree.
The saying "There are no stupid questions, only stupid people who don't ask" is very true. All of us at some point in our lives have had doubts with which, out of fear or embarrassment, we have stayed. I am one of those people who tends to assume things instead of asking all the necessary questions, and over time I learned that it is better to pass for ignorant for a moment, than to pretend that you know it all. In all fields there are people full of knowledge and many times, they are willing to share it, then, the best thing we can do is try to learn from them everything we can and grow with them. So, dear friend, don't be afraid to ask questions or doubt something, at the end of the day, believe me, none of us were born with all the knowledge in hand, and whoever thinks so, may be more stupid than he thinks.
TIENES QUE CONFIAR EN TI | YOU HAVE TO TRUST YOU
Cómo seres humanos, ninguno de nosotros sabe hasta donde somos capaces de llegar cuando la situación lo amerita. Todos tenemos cierta fortaleza en nuestro interior, que se manifiesta de diferentes formas y dudar de ella y de ti mismo, suele ser el error más grande que podemos cometer.
Por experiencia propia se qué la cháchara interna y externa, hace mucho más difícil emprender el camino hacia nuestras metas, pues, obviamente confiar en nosotros mismos suele ser un paso bastante difícil, dejar inseguridades y miedos de lado nunca va a ser sencillo, mucho más cuando, queramos o no, estamos rodeados de personas que pueden fomentar esas dudas sobre nosotros mismos y nuestro potencial. Al final, sé que aunque el paso es difícil, también es necesario, por eso, solo espero que intentes hacerlo poco a poco, pues no importa cuál sea tu ritmo, sino que lo estás haciendo. Ya para terminar, como diría Cristina Medina: vales más de lo que crees, sabes más de lo que piensas y eres más importante de lo que imaginas.
