One of my jobs with fixed salary is to be in charge in a private residence of housing, the work consists of attending all the staff that comes to perform work to the residence and I am only present when the work is being done, otherwise only be available for when needed.
I don't have a big salary, but the fact that I don't have a fixed schedule gives me time to do extra things like YouTube and Hive as well as experience any other sites that come out like Noise Cash. So far so good you would think.
The problem comes with the little respect that workers have for other people's time. No matter how long I am in the residence everyone wants to come to work just when I am free and as I say, they are companies that charge and very expensive, they are not doing free visits, they should adapt to the client's schedule and the other way around.
Not to mention those who come to work in the afternoon and, since they didn't start early, want to stay late at night to make up for the late start. What's my fault if you start your work late?

Then we have the other big category of I come to perform a specialized job for which I charge an exorbitant price but I don't bring the basic tools to perform the job. They start by asking for a screwdriver, ladder and even help if you are careless, but from what they earn they are not even able to give you a tip.
Although for me without a doubt the best category is that of the experts in some type of work that come asking you everything, I understand that there are basic questions that should be asked to locate yourself in the place where you work, that each location is a world, but many times those questions are related to the work itself and it is part of their job to know them.
In the end, the type of worker who is most annoying is the one who is busy with nonsense, talking to colleagues or on the phone instead of doing his job. Since the more time it takes to do everything the more time I will be present seeing how we both waste the day and I'm not saying you can't talk, the thing is to know how to be productive when there is a lot to do ahead.
And I left for the end the worst part of the job which is the payment. That payment is calculated in US dollars and is transferred in local currency at the price of the day, but the part that nobody told me is that it would be the price of the day I deliver the invoice and of course they do not always pay fast because they depend on the condominium's fee to have availability and with the inflation that Venezuela has a few days difference can be deadly for the exchange to local currency.
Thank you very much if you took the time to read this writing, the idea of it is to drain a little of the frustration I have for this type of jobs with fixed salary. If you are one of the companies that provide services to the residences do not feel offended or attacked, there are many good companies and employees that are great to work with, here I only highlight what causes me discomfort and irritation.

Uno de mis trabajos con sueldo fijo es ser encargado en una residencia privada de viviendas, el trabajo consiste en atender a todo el personal que venga a realizar trabajos a la residencia y solo estoy presente cuando se hace un trabajo, de lo demás solo estar disponible para cuando se necesite.
No tengo un gran sueldo, pero el hecho de no tener que cumplir horario fijo me da tiempo para hacer cosas extras como YouTube y Hive además de experimentar cualquier otra página que salga como Noise Cash. Hasta este punto todo bien pensarás.
El problema llega con el poco respeto que tienen los trabajadores por el tiempo ajeno de las personas. No importa cuánto tiempo esté en la residencia todos quieren venir a trabajar justo cuando estoy libre y como digo, son empresas que cobran y bien caro, no están haciendo visitas gratis, deberían adaptarse al horario del cliente y al revés.
Por no mencionar los que llegan en la tarde a trabajar y como no iniciaron desde temprano quieren quedarse hasta altas horas de la noche trabajando para compensar que iniciaron ese día tarde. ¿Qué culpa tengo yo de que inicies tarde tus labores?

Después tenemos la otra gran categoría de vengo a realizar un trabajo especializado por el cual cobró un precio exorbitante pero no traigo lo básico en herramientas para realizar dicho trabajo. Empiezan pidiendo un destornillador, escalera y hasta ayuda si te descuidas, pero de lo que ganan ni una propina son capaces de darte.
Aunque para mi sin duda alguna la mejor categoría es la de los expertos en algún tipo de trabajo que llegan preguntándote todo, yo entiendo que hay preguntas básicas que se deben hacer para ubicarse dentro del sitio donde trabajas, que cada ubicación es un mundo, pero muchas veces esas preguntas son relacionadas al trabajo en sí y es parte de su labor saberlas.
Al final el tipo de trabajador que más molesta es el que se entretiene en tonterías, hablando con los compañeros o por el teléfono en vez de hacer su trabajo. Ya que cuanto más tiempo tarda en realizar todo más tiempo estaré presente viendo como ambos perdemos el día y no digo que no se pueda hablar, la cosa es saber ser productivo cuando hay mucho que hacer por delante.
Y deje para el final lo peor del trabajo que es el cobro. Ese cargo está calculado en dólares americanos y se transfiere en moneda local al precio del día, pero la parte que nadie me dijo es que sería el precio del día que entrego la factura y por supuesto no siempre pagan rápido porque dependen del cobro del condominio para tener disponibilidad y con la inflación que tiene Venezuela unos días de diferencia pueden ser mortales para el cambio a moneda local.
Muchísimas gracias si te tomaste el tiempo de leer este escrito, la idea del mismo es drenar un poco de la frustración que tengo por este tipo de empleos con sueldo fijo. Si eres de las empresas que prestan servicios a las residencias no te sientas ofendido o atacado, hay muchísimas buenas empresas y empleados que da gusto trabajar con ellas, acá solo destaco lo que me causa molestias e irritación.

Leí tu artículo completo y sí, la situación del trabajo, sin importar lo que hagas, se está convirtitiendo en un nuevo tipo de esclavitud.
Los empresarios abusan, explotan y se apovechan de los trabajadores de manera exagerdada.
Los sueldos fijos en Venezuela no tienen sentido.
Los ricos ganan en dólares supervaluados; los pobres, en bolívares devaluados.
Estamos en una gran encrucijada, y tenemos que seguir adelante.
Está bien drenar la frustración escribiendo.

Saludos @geeklania, a mi también me suele irritar más otras personas que cualquier situación u objeto. Creo que es algo que se debe trabajar, para así poder tener un ambiente laboral más saludable. Hay cosas que no podemos cntrolar, como el comportamiento de otros. Un libro muy bueno en esto es el de Los 7 hábitos de la gente altamente efectiva de Stephen Covey, te recomiendo leerlo. Saludos!

Creo que ahorita cualquier trabajo fijo es una locura. Es muy dificil que paguen un sueldo que alcance y ademas todo se devalua de un momento para otro.
Pero lo peor es que no valoran el trabajo del personal fijo pero viene un técnico de fuera y le pagan lo que pida, hasta les parece barato. Gracias por leer. Saludos
