Being outdoors is one of the best ideas dear @solominer as far as I'm concerned, from 6.30 in the morning, I'm outdoors, at least in the garden of the house. It's a good idea, I haven't traveled for several months, to refresh my mind, it's a way to relieve anxiety. I congratulate you, since you are traveling in your field of work, you are always outdoors. You are young, you still have many trips to do and be outdoors, receiving oxygen from many environments. Your post is very motivating. successes
