Spiky to spooky Plant - My little succlent.

in Palnet3 years ago

It was many years ago that my mom.planted a little cacti on our roof. It was her assumption that those little spiky ppant may keep the bad eye or energy outside and it won't harm the family members.

After almostb15 years, that little plant grown into a big bloom plant. And it started to spread its stem all over my roof top.

From little spiky plant to big blossom plant took a lot of years. With the Onset of rainy days, it started to blossom more with new leafes coming out from every corner of it and making it look lively.

Not sure of the negative energy or ill effects but looking at the fully grown cactus plant does give a nice impression. It is hard to lift it now, due to its to thorns. Anyhow still at top of my roof, it looks very attractive. Even now it has some space for little wasps.

This evening, I took few of the close images of his plant.

I am not a cacti lover. But this one is pretty close to my heart, as it was planted by mom. God knows of her beliefs but it's presence and loving at it does make me feel better. May be call it mother blessing.

Peace

It is Euphorbia neriifolia. Not a cactus, but a very similar succulent family found mostly in Africa but yours is native to your country
