My dad once told me, "Just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it doesn't happen."
He told me this when I was just a teenager. Back when I viewed life through the limited lens only my eyes provided. I only believed things I saw and what I heard. It took me a while, but I've found it to be true. Just because you're not seeing something happen in the moment doesn't mean that something isn't warming up in the background. Just because you don't see the caterers cooking doesn't mean there won't be jollof rice at the Owambe.
And when you take it to the religious angle, you see that just because you can't see the "workings" doesn't mean that when the time is right, you won't get your miracle. It's up to you to believe, to have faith, and just know that in the end, what's yours can't be taken from you. It'll always come to you.
Somebody shout HALLELUYAH!!!!!!
Yes ooo....I'm not seeing the caterers but surely, rice go surplus 😅
Same goes for our religious lives.
