Hello Everyone 👋
Everybody wants to hear the truth and the truth is very bitter but essential. The way in which the truth is being conveyed matters the most; the truth should be delivered with wisdom and not carelessly.
It's very essential to be honest and truthful , even when it causes some changes in your relationships . It might be uneasy and difficult to speak the truth, but like the holy Bible says" The Truth Will Set You Free".
The truth heals, some protect those we love and care about from being deceived. Truth could expose alot of things you know? things like abuse, betrayal, corruption, or manipulation, and considering the fact that it could cause damage and scars, that is why it should be told. Withholding the truth can be like a burden most times.
I encourage the truth, regardless of the consequences, and the truth should be told at the perfect time, not in a manner that will hurt another and with compassion.
Definitely, saying the truth comes with consequences, but if that's the price to feel free and less guilty, then it should be paid.
It could lead to the relationships ending, trust may be broken , but what matters is the peace that comes with being truthful.
Not every truth comes with a consequence. Some truth strengthens the relationship and builds trust. It might be difficult dealing with the consequences that come with being truthful, but if I would rather face the consequences than build a relationship on deception,
When it comes with dealing with the consequences that come with being truthful, the first thing to do is accept that you can't control or determine how others react , it's impossible to do that, so be at peace with any reaction you get. Take full responsibility of your actions and move on freely without regrets, that's if you have to let go of the relationship.
This is my response to:
Do you believe people should always tell the truth, even when it could destroy relationships, disrupt peace, or permanently change how others see them or someone else?
If yes, how do you deal with the consequences that come with such truths?

Sometimes, people don't reject the truth itself, but they reject the way it was presented. And once your motives and manner are right, then forget about their reactions, they will heal with time. Weldon.
