Wow, you guys have amazing set of community rules. We kind of have RWA (Resident Welfare Association) here in India doing work on similar lines. It's a good approach and effective also. Have a good day friend. !PIZZA

Oh, that's great! Different communities set up associations to help bring sanity and make their neighbourhood a great place. I am glad that this is also the objective of the RWA in India. The effective really depends on the willingness of the residents themselves to comply.
