In advance, you hang out announcements at each entrance with a CONFIDENT REQUEST not to park cars at the curb under trees and on lawns at certain hours; you stuff the same thing for several days under the wipers of all the Autos in the yard. And now the hour X comes: equipment arrives, all the forces of the housing department (locksmiths, carpenters, etc.) are mobilized for the speedy cleaning of falling branches and trunks from the roadway, and ta-dam-sir!
