I am very wary of these experimental vaccines and since discussion is censored and those in charge are makinging it madatory where they can, wary has become deeply sceptical that they are even safe, and reports leaking out that there are extreme side-effects well, if I was told tomorrow it was designed to make anyone who had it infertile or dead, I'd take the claim seriously and ask for evidence.
So to help out anyone being pressured by a boss or the govt, to take this vaccine, these exemption docs may help. Often smaller employers will back down when Neuremburg accords or UN charter of human rights is used as the basis for legal refusal.
But these could help if a bigger more obvious stick is needed.

We know they need 5G for iot (internet of things) and the sidewalk/mesh network tracking grid. it probably needed to scale up the cryptos they control to run global financials. dfinity will have it factored into growing their internetcomputer to meet the 2030 goal; takeover the worlds internet.
but going out on a limb here: considering that one of the most hyped features of 5G is the millions of connections it can handle, they may want it active so they can raise up a self aware A.I.
Still in maybe land, but we know for sure there is a race on to get there, and 5G dovetails nicely into the theoretical models of whats needed to allow an AI to reach/exceed human level.
