Hope for better days

Hello folks, it's been a wonderful week with different experiences on daily basis but in all we are still alive so that's the most important thing.

Stress is the talk of the day now, if you visit the hospital six out of ten are diagnosed of stress after doctor's consultation, and some people just die abruptly because they lack knowledge of what stress has caused in their system.

Just yesterday when I was returning home an unidentified dead body was reported seen at a bustop in the evening hours of the day,, people around were busy shouting stress stress.

Bills come in everyday and income never increases making it so difficult for humans to survive and this increases stress.

There are different types of stress, mental stress, physical stress and emotional stress, this form of stress have different ways of management and with good management it will not get worse and turn to sickness that can kill.

My tips for stress management.

Firstly I make sure that I find out the type of stress am facing then I will tackle it gradually from the source.

Whenever am emotionally down I don't just overlook it because one time I did I saw myself in the hospital bed, so when I get those signs of irritation and anger when there is really nothing to make me angry, I will take my time, sometimes I will cry for hours, yes I can tell you for free that crying helps to cure emotional stress, those tears washes away some thoughts and helps me to heal, I also check my communication both at work and with my family then immediately I find out where the problem is coming from I will have a deep thoughts about the situation, digesting matter helps me to release emotional stress because I will see enough reason to let go and also see what I can do better.

When am mentally stressed, same thing applies but this time I do more than digesting matters I go extra miles to fill my brain with something good that and rejuvenate me mentally.

I have a friend that I always visit whenever am mentally stressed because in some cases I can't even think I might just need to talk to someone, so this my friend is always there for me, I will just call her and talk to her for hours, one thing I love about her is that she will allow me speak, she listens to me no matter how long I want to speak, when am done she will say "Am sorry for everything, Just take a deep breath then let's find solution" only those words helps to heal me mentally.

Finally when am physically stressed 😥, that is the most form of stress that I don't like because it makes me feel so sick and weak and I can't even ignore it at all.

When am physically stressed I engage in some physical therapy like going to the spa for a body massage, then I create a movie night for myself and just put my body on a sofa with a bucket of popcorn and watch movies then sleep off.

I also use some sedatives to get enough sleep because I usually suffer from what is known as insomnia when am physically stressed, so I take my sedatives as prescribed by my doctor, a whole day sleep helps me to get myself back.

Overall it is very important not to ignore stress because it's very harmful and can lead to untimely death, fish it out and tackle because with hope and faith it will always get better.

Talking to friends works all the time especially if the friend is one you are close to.

One of the things you said that I love is crying when you feel like, I can relate so well with it, sometimes I just go to a corner of my room and cry my heart out but I realize after that, my heart becomes less heavy. It's helps in releasing the anger and burden in one's heart.

I like the way you identify the kind of stress that is bothering you and tackle it effectively. Most people don't like admitting their emotionally stress and instead they ignore it. I've learnt a good tip I can apply whenever I'm stressed. Thanks for sharing
