As a man, it is easy to fall into depression or get stressed out if things are not working out the way we want; some of us do not want much, we just want to have a family[ wife and kids], a personal house, a car, and a good/stable income to take care of our loved ones but unfortunately not all of us are lucky to have these things.
I was on TikTok last night, and I saw a comment from a man on a post where he claimed to be 38 years old without a family, no car, no house while some people claim to have all those things before they hit 27 years. Reading such comment alone is enough to put him into depression and not that he wished the lucky ones bad but he will just feel sad for himself, not that he is not trying but life just doesn't favour him and this is something we all need to understand, it is not everyone that will build house, not everyone will drive a car in their lifetime, not everyone will have children or get married but we must try to make sure we are not tagged among those people.
When we talk about stress, no one is literally free from it, even the richest man in Africa undergoes stress, he keeps thinking about how to remain at the top, how others won't ruin his business, and every every.... The only thing is that the stress everyone is going through is different.

The stress I am going through right now has everything to do with schooling. I recently relocated from a house so close to my school because of some factors that is making my health deteriorate and when I try renting another apartment closeby, The rent was too high that I decided to relocate to my former area, but there is a cost for such decision and that is the hours it will take me to get to school and to get back home.
It has not been easy spending over 5 hours on the road, being stuck in traffic for a long time, not to mention that sometimes the commercial bus I enter will develop a fault, and I would have to spend extra money to get to my destination.
One thing that keeps me going is hope. I know sooner or later, I will be done and all my effort will pay off, regarding finance and career, I also have hope, my present is better than my past, and I believe my future will be better than my present as long as I keep following the right path.
