Good afternoon everyone how are we all doing today, Hope we are enjoying the weekend from any location we are ? It is another beautiful day and a weekend for that and a day of rest and week activities like hanging out and other necessary things that interest us.
I welcome you all to my blog today and i will be discussing about my morning activities of today and any other things that might come up when in the blog.
It was a very wonderful thing today after waking up this morning when i returned from night class ,just tooke like a little sleep of about two hours then prepared for a morning exercise which i always do every weekend. Weekend are meant for exercise then maybe later in the evening strolling with friends might be included but is not really a must thing that i will stroll with them sometimes i decide to sleep and have enough rest to prepare myself well for the next day work. Though i don't always stroll with my friends always every Saturday/ weekend but you see exercise is one thing i don't really miss unless i am not feeling strong that very good day . I see every weekend exercise as a must thing and it gives me a whole lot of joy and this is why i am always starting my day with it and it makes me very happy. Saturday mornings I always do two things is either i do road work (jogging from distance to distance) or i go to the field and play ball , though sometimes i still do the two together. How i do it is that i will first go to road work then if i come back i will now join them in the field of play . But for today i just played ball because i didn't have enough time for the two due to other engagement that i had early enough before the exercise.
It is good to have yourself exercised though it might not be weekend, everyone has his own day a day he or she uses to be free yours might be during the weekly days and others maybe weekend like mine is weekend . So try it, It is always good to the body.
