Greetings!
Seeing people dying because of one ailment or the other is one thing that always makes me sad most especially when there's no cure for such ailments or diseases.
Infirmities and diseases are very bad things that can happen to humans and like I used to pray, diseases and infirmities unto death would not locate me and everyone here.
Furthermore, seeing people wriggling in pain even unto death is the worst and greatest trauma ever and this is because of the fact that I have once been a witness.

So, for this fact and in response to the topic of the prompt, which is, “the cure.” I would say if there's a disease for me to cure and make people whole, then that disease or ailment would be the “DIABETES.”
My reasons for looking or trying to heal people of this particular disease stems from the fact that I was a witness like I have said above to the rigorous pains suffered by my late mum unto death at the hand of this disease.
In the year 2011, I lost my lovely and lively mother to the cold hand of death via this particular disease. It's so painful seeing her dying without me helping her to survive her ailments.
So, ever since I lost her to diabetic complications, I have vowed to have my own non governmental foundation that will be helping those with the disease and this is because of what I witnessed in my mum's case.
Now that the topic has been brought up as to what I would like to cure if I am given the opportunity an ailment, well, it's crystal clear that diabetes is one disease that I would love to cure due to its costly effect on the death of my mum, so, curing people from this deadly disease would make me fulfilled my promise to my late mother.

It is our prayer that we remain healthy throughout our lifespan. Having to suffer from diseases is something we don't pray for. Sorry for the loss of your mom. Diabetes is a terrible disease, truly and has killed a lot of people.

I once had a boss that was diagnosed of diabetes and hey, it was tough and scary. Sometimes when we're traveling, he would stop the driver up to 10 times to urinate. Deadly sickness 😭

Really sorry about your mom, diabetes is another disease that's as dangerous as words cannot describe.
Sorry about your month, my neighborhood's sister is currently suffering from diabetes. One of her leg was amputated last month, it's a sad situation
