The reality of dreams

Greetings!

When talking about dreams, it's what we see while asleep or when taking a nap. One thing about a dream is that it comes while asleep as it would not even come while walking on the road or while still awake.

One thing about dreams is that it's spiritual and in my write up today, I will be writing and discussing the spiritual aspect of dreams.

Over time, I have asked myself how true a dream can be. Although, I too have once belonged to the school of thought that dreams aren't real, but it's just recently that I got to know that dreams are real.

Recently, while asleep, I found myself at a construction site and on that site, I met with the chief engineer who wore an all white clothing and in that my dream, this man promised to give me a multi-million naira contract and when he had said this, I was so happy and I appreciated him and left.

Less I forget in this same dream, this man told me that some people had come for the contract but that as he set his eye on me, he just developed this kind of an interest in me and that as a result, he would give me the contract but that I must not betray his trust. I thanked him so much even in the dream and as I was about to leave the construction site in my dream, I woke up and as I woke up, I prayed and committed the dream into God's hand.

However, this dream didn't happen physically immediately as I was always rejected anytime I went out to seek a contract and in that process, I have even forgotten that I had a dream, but I still continued praying.

But the day the dream would come alive, it's like I was in another dream as I went out to scout for a site as I used to do and when I got to this particular site, it's as if a video of what I had once seen in my dream was playing for me. Everything that happened in that dream was what happened at this site that I went to and the only change was that I left the place for the quarry to buy the granite with which I used to do my first supply to the site.

So, ever since then, I have believed in the power of dreams which I believe is spiritual and also used by God to reveal things to us, although it can be manipulated and that's why we need prayers to uphold our good dreams and also to discard the bad ones.

A life without dreams is an empty life to me and this is because such a life would be without proper direction.

In conclusion, a dream is real and it's a way God Almighty has designed to communicate and reveal things to us in the spiritual realm.
