Communication is key to human existence.
I remember when we were pinging with BB, from there things revolutionalised and brought voice calls and other voice notes, even group calls which is very useful in team meetings.
Honestly, it's difficult sometimes for me to type my messages, I prefer to do voice or video calls just to understand the person's mood, feelings and even replay the message after the conversation.
I am happy that there are privacy policies as well that reduce abuse of such opportunities.
