Hello, my name is Luz (that means light in spanish), it is a typical name in Latin American I'm from Colombia, after finishing my Bachelor's degree in Social Communication and Journalism, I decided to travel and did an Au-pair year in Europe, more specifically in Germany. I had the opportunity to meet very nice people and get to know different countries, like Italy, Spain, Austria, Holland, France, Denmark, Switzerland and other more!
It was beautiful and amazing that I decided to stay here. I live in Northern Germany for ten years, after my Au-pair time, work in a school with disabled children and decide to complete a Waldorf education and now I work with young children.
Hallo, mein Name ist Luz (das bedeutet Licht auf Spanisch), das ist ein typischer Name in Lateinamerika. Ich hatte die Möglichkeit, sehr nette Leute zu treffen und verschiedene Länder kennenzulernen, wie Italien, Spanien, Österreich, Holland, Frankreich, Dänemark, die Schweiz und mehr!
Es war so schön und eindrucksvoll, dass ich mich entschieden habe, hier zu bleiben. Ich lebe seit zehn Jahren in Norddeutschland, habe nach meiner Au-pair-Zeit in einer Schule mit behinderten Kindern gearbeitet und mich entschlossen, eine Waldorfausbildung zu absolvieren und arbeite jetzt mit kleinen Kindern.

About Yoga
I have been practicing yoga since I was 19 years old, it was an alternative solution for a medical condition at that time. Since then, I try to solve everything with movement and attention in my body. Sometimes more sometimes less. In 2019 I have done a yoga teacher training and meditation teacher training.

Über Yoga
Ich praktiziere Yoga, seit ich 19 Jahre alt bin, es war damals eine alternative Lösung für eine Krankheit. Seitdem versuche ich alles mit Bewegung und Aufmerksamkeit in meinem Körper zu lösen. I enjoy reading technical texts about psychology, human behavior, trauma, inner child and pedagogy. Also, about how our thoughts affect emotions, and how that translates into physical sensations.

Los links que te envié son Tokens. Hay muchisimos en la Blockchain, así es que no te preocupes por entenderlos todos ahora. Esos Tokens los puedes recibir al publicar tus Post en determinadas comunidades, pueden ser comprados con Hive o alguien te los puede regalar, como en este caso lo hice yo. También puedes recibirlos cuando tú los compartes.
