Welcome to another weekly IBT survival Island update - exclusive to Hive.
In these weekly updates we will continue to provide IBT community members with an update on our developing PC game - the one to have Crypto interactions.
Finalized map screen
This is a bit of a continue on from the last fortnight but now it is finalized, "The terrain type picking screen". With this new updated version you get to know the difficulty setting of the terrain and get to see an image of what type of terrain to expect. By adding the select button you get to click on the terrain type you want to play then click "select" if you want to play it. In the last version you were not given a choice to do so. Once the state was clicked it loaded without giving any information. With IBT we are also trying to work on a consistency between each setting/options screens so its easier to get familiar with the interface and learn it.
IBT Original Character screen animations completed
Finally all the animations are completed for the original IBT character selection screen. With just a few more sounds to add and some voices this is not far from being tested. This feature will definitely be in the next IBT test by the community and takes our understanding of character animation to the next level. We can't yet give out a release date to when the next community test will be but when the time comes there will be some playability of IBT Island survival and IBT Island Original.
