Accept You.

Sometimes
We bend ourselves out of shape
We place ourselves in a shell
And shut ourselves from the world
And our authenticity
Because we find shallow comfort in staying away

Sometimes
We spend so much time
Trying to be someone else
We waste so much time
Dressing up in someone else's style
And their preferences
That we forget
We have purchased our unique taste of clothing -
Our sense of self:
A fearless self that embodies every amazing thing

But why have we hidden our innate beauty?
To feel safe? To feel loved? Or to feel accepted?
What we are afraid of is how
people would look at us When the mask falls off
All you need is to love yourself
And accept you for who you are
Because the most beautiful art is seen
When you look at the mirror And you see the glow
In the being that appears in the mirror - you.

Thank you for your time.

My pen doesn't bleed, it speaks, with speed and ease.

Still me,

My tongue is like the pen of a ready writer.

Interesting words in your post, I think we can't please everyone, so it is better to be yourself and possibly find people around you who identify and empathize with your thoughts and points of view.

Yes, my friend. We cannot please everyone.
