Hello Crafthy hivers good day ! I hope your doing good wherever you are .Another day another story to be shared and Iam so excited to share this to everyone in this community.I never shared this story to anyone except to myself ( kidding aside heheh) ,ok so this story is somewhat kept in my heart because if I will share this to anyone I am scared of judgement to people surrounds me and it can lead me to depression which is I don't like the results I don't want to see myself suffering from judgements ,but I realized day by day that it's ok if they will judge you ,they don't matter you at all most importantly all I have is myself at the end of the day .
Today I am ready to let this emotions out for the past 3 years I am ready to tell the untold story of my life Shifting from Private to Public school,be with me my crafthy hivers on how I continue crafthing my future from Private to Public school.
Way back 2022, my first journey as a freshman collage student in Private school at St Cecilia's Collage a religious school located in Poblacion ward 2 Mingglanilla Cebu.I met ànd build a friends their together with my classmates with same dreams.
First,you will make a promesory note and state your reasons why you can't pay the tuition on that day .Second,you can still take the test until you can pay it but the disadvantage for that you will be left behind with your classmates.Realizing those consequences makes me exhausted and stressed everytime I will think how I will pay my tuitions every exams ,and take note in one semester it will be devided in to 4 exams ( prelim, midterm,semi- final and finals)it totally affects me emotionally and physically.Day and night suffering those problems thingking how I will pay those tuitions just to survive but I need to be strong in order to continue what I just started .
You will be asking why I studied in private rather than applying in state universities here in Cebu in the first place.( I will answer my own question rather ) That time I am a working students since Iam in grades 11 ( senior high school)until I step into college life ,I applied all State universities here in Cebu including the known schools for teachers Cebu normal university , luckily I passed all the test and interviews Iam so happy that time because I can assure that I have no tuitions to pay and I can study for free all I have to pay is the miscellaneous fee like foods, projects,etc .
One day ,I told to my boss that I pass my exams in the State universities but guess what she just said that if I will study their who will take care her pets ( Cyberian husky dogs this is my work as a nany of this dogs )
that questions make me confused what should I do I want to study their but I have and agreement with them I need to walk with my words .My boss advices me that( just study at St Cecilia's Collage because it is near to our apartment while studying you can still check my pets while them are in work.
Fast forward, I agree with their decisions instead of following what's truly inside my heart's.Times goes by my boss change ,the allowance that I get from them is smaller than my tuitions, imagine your tuition is bigger than the allowance you get ,and to think what about my miscellaneous,snacks and personal hygiene how can I provide that everyday ? I'm a human too.
Note:( tuition every exam =2,725.00)
Allowance/ salary= 2,000.00
I can't see my self suffering from unhealthy environment my studies already affected , depressions hits me mentally to the point of cometting suicide pop up in my head but still God gave me a sign to resolve my life .
End of semesters , I got a news that CTU naga admissions for Sy.2022-2023 is open .I never hesitate to apply and submit all the requirements needed .I need to shift schools so that I can still continue my studies without tuitions at all .
Fast forward,I'm blessed that I passed the exams and my name are one of the final list of passers out of 45 passers I'ma in the 35 list .I can guarantee that I will be studying one of the top performing schools in the Philippines Cebu Technological Universities .
Right know I am certified technologies Iam happy and continuing reaching my dreams together with my new set of friends in CTU .I may studied and experience the life in private school so far their learning environment suitable for learning process.
From Cecilian to Technoy ,shifting private schools in to public schools the untold story.
While editing this photos I didn't notice that my tears are falling,like I can't believe that I made it .Oneday the younger me will be so proud of what I've become .Learning in private school is so mayaman ang dating ( people think you are rich if you study in private school)but the truth is not all student studying in private school are rich other are just ordinary student that have a dream.
